Here are a few of the projects we have been working on recently:
Bradford Council along with Bradford College and University of Bradford recently commissioned Social Impact Services to co-ordinate a six figure bid to the Department for Education to establish a Social Work Teaching Partnership. This was a high profile and interesting project involving lots of different stakeholders. The consortium provided the following feedback regarding SIS's input "Working with Social Impact Services has been a positive experience. They are helpful, knowledgeable, with the flexibility to deliver within tight timescales".
Social Impact Services has recently supported Family Fund in the development of its five year future strategy, as this amazing charity seeks to grow and extend its important support to families raising disabled and seriously ill children and young people across the UK.
Motus are experts in using the power of film and video to demonstrate the impact that organisations that operate for social good provide to their beneficiaries. Social Impact Services is providing bid and tender support to Motus, as they seek to grow and expand their video production and creative services to work with more social value organisations like Universities, Local Authorities and Charities.
Fairfield Residential and Fairfield Care offer personalised care and support to both children and adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Social Impact Services has been supporting Fairfield with our bid services to access new Local Authority framework contracts. For more information about how we support Fairfield, check out our case study.
Social Impact Services are currently co-ordinating an exciting piece of research on behalf of the International Centre for Community Music at York St John University. The research project involves over six different partners and intends to investigate the impact of using community music to improve the lives of Looked After Children and Young People in Lincolnshire.
Social Impact Services recently supported City of York Council's Local Area teams to improve their knowledge and understanding of commissioning and procurement so that they are better able to make the most out of the Council's limited resources. They had this to say about our support "thank you for a very useful two days! It really helped us a lot and will save us a lot more hassle down the line. Already putting some things we learnt into effect".
Our Clients, Partners & Funders
Social Impact Services and our sister company BrightSparks are both relatively new companies. So far we have managed to acquire a wide range of clients and partners with zero marketing and based on recommendation alone. We think this is evidence of the quality of our work and our passion to build sustainable relationships with organisations that share our social values. Here are a few of the organisations we have had the privilege of working with so far...
